1. Printed Resources (e.g. booklets & leaflets)

If you purchase physical goods from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing enquiries@celebraterecovery.co.uk.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer sale-or-return. Refunds will not be given for part-used packs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.

3. Digital Downloads (e.g. PDF Artwork, MP4 Testimonies, and Other Digital Content)

When purchasing downloadable digital content, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access to the content.

By providing this consent and accessing or downloading the content, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
